Delete your Suke account
Suke is the business-management app for merchants published by Suke. This page explains how to have your account and your business data deleted, what is erased, and what we are required to keep.

Delete it from inside the app
This is the fastest way, and it takes a minute.
- 1Open Suke and sign in.
- 2Tap More in the bottom navigation.
- 3Scroll to the App section and tap Delete account. (You can also type “delete account” into the search box at the top of More.)
- 4Read what will be deleted, then type your business name in the confirmation box.
- 5Tap Delete my account.
You have 30 days to change your mind. Nothing is erased on the day you ask. Your account is locked immediately, and the next time you open the app you are offered Keep my account, which restores everything exactly as it was. After 30 days the deletion runs and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
If you are the owner of a business, deleting your account deletes the business and everything recorded in it:
- Your login — phone number, email, password and session.
- The business profile, its branches, logo and settings.
- Products, stock levels, batches, categories and suppliers.
- Sales, sale items, payments, returns and cash-drawer history.
- Customers, their debts, repayments and loyalty balances.
- Expenses, recurring expenses, quotations and supplier bills.
- Employee records, attendance, leave and salary payments.
- Uploaded files — product photos, your logo, promotion artwork and scanned receipts or transfer screenshots.
- Push-notification tokens and any connected Telegram channel.
- The logins of staff you created for this shop, unless that person also works for another business on Suke — in which case only their membership of your shop is removed and their own account stays.
If you are an employee of someone else’s shop, deleting your account removes your login and your personal contact details. Your employer’s books stay: the sales you rang up are the shop’s records, not yours to delete.
What is kept, and for how long

The copy of your data held on your own phone is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app. Deleting your account does not uninstall the app for you.
If you no longer have the app
Uninstalled it, lost the phone, or cannot sign in? Ask here instead — you do not need to reinstall Suke. Give us the phone number or email you signed up with, and we will match it to your account, confirm it is you, and delete it. Requests raised this way are handled within 30 days, and we will contact you on the number or email you give us if we cannot find a matching account.
